Calling Cards – Phone Cards

Calling Cards - Phone Cards

Calling Cards/Phone Cards by Global Telephone Systems offer extremely low calling rates for both Domestic and International Calls to Countries all over the world. Using Global Telephone Systems Calling Card or Phone Card Account in combination with our Local Access Numbers allows a person to be able to make low cost calls without the need of additional software, hardware, or technical expertise.

Using the Local Access Numbers to make a call is as simple and easy as:

1) Dial the Local Access Number that is zero cost for you to call or the lowest cost for you to call using your regular land line telephone or mobile phone.

Note: For non-local calls made from your regular Land Line or Mobile Phone made to the Local Access Numbers , your local phone company/long distance company or mobile carrier will charge you their rate for calling the Local Access Numbers in which Global Telephone Systems is not responsible. Those costs/charges will be on top of the cost of the actual call cost of calling using the Global Telephone Systems calling card/phone card. It is in YOUR best interest to use a Local Access Number that is a local call for you if at all possible, should be no extra charges due to it being a local call, and is the best value for your money using the Local Access Number calling configuration.

2) You will here the “Welcome” and have the option of choosing a Language to be spoken by the Local Access Gateway – Currently English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

3) The Local Access Gateway will prompt you to enter your 12-Digit PIN Number in which you enter. As a matter of fact the Local Access Gateway will prompt you every step of the way short of entering the numbers for you.

4) The Local Access Gateway will then prompt you to enter the number you wish to call and press the # sign after entering the number – the call is then made and if answered the appropriate amount is deducted from your Calling Account Balance for the duration of the call.

That’s all there is to it :-)

Note: the same Global Telephone Systems Account Number/Pin Number used as a calling card/phone card can also be used to configure your Computer or Laptop with software and/or other unlocked SIP Hardware Devices. Unlocked means you are able to change the settings of the device in contrast locked devices can normally only have the settings changed by the original provider. See Requirements for more information
