Business Global Local Access Numbers

Use these Global Telephone Systems local access numbers to:

  • Check your Voice Mail from any touch-tone telephone
  • Place low-cost local, long distance and international calling card calls from any touch-tone telephone when you are away from your Global Telephone Systems device

Checking Voice Mail

You can check your Voice Mail from any touch-tone telephone by:

Dialing your Global Telephone Systems phone number:

  1. Dial your Global Telephone Systems phone number.
  2. During the Voice Mail greeting, press the “*” key.
  3. When prompted, enter your PIN.
  4. Follow the instructions to listen to your messages.

Dialing a local access number:

  1. Dial the appropriate local access number (see list below).
  2. When prompted, enter your Global Telephone Systems phone number and PIN.
  3. Follow the instructions to listen to your messages.

Placing Calling Card Calls

To place a calling card call from any touch-tone telephone, simply:

  1. Dial the appropriate local access number.
  2. When prompted, enter your Global Telephone Systems phone number and PIN.
  3. Press 3 at the main menu prompt.
  4. When prompted, enter the phone number you wish to dial.

Enabling Calling Card Feature

You must initially enable this feature from your Global Telephone Systems phone before making calling card calls. After that, the feature is active unless you choose to disable it. To enable calling card calls:

  1. Pick up the handset of your VoiceLine phone.
  2. Dial *00.
  3. Press 1 after the prompt.
